Four of us went to George over the weekend and on the way back to Cape Town, we were joined by a Golf 6 GTi. I was going about 120 at the time and this guy kept riding on my ass. Now, if there's one thing I HATE, it's someone riding on my ass when I'm going to speed limit (especially when I have passengers). So I just put my foot down and open up a 50m gap between us. I could see he was trying to keep up, but he just didn't quite have what it takes. For extra embarrassment, I slowed down to let him catch up, then again ran away from him on a twisting portion of road.

As an aside, what the hell is it with people in Toyota Fortuners? I swear every time I make the trip to George and back, there's at least one Fortuner who thinks he can play.

Why do Tunas always have to have a go. Even tuned ones cannot compete in a straight line with a standard Foz and in the first corner they fall over?

Good to see I am not the only one that feels that way over Fortuners, especially D4D's. I love to show them how overrated they are whether in town or on the highway when they come looking for trouble.

Those are the most overrated cages on the planet. BMW drivers used to irritate me most, but Fortuner drivers took the top spot.

Ja, but at least BMW's go fast. And if you put proper off-road wheels on an X3 or X5 they can be good off-road too. Fortuners only have one trick, and it's NOT going fast.

I also drove section at De Wildt where a Tuna could not go
But I will admit that I think it was 4x2 Tuna with diff lock (or driver was really incapable of driving off road)

The Tuna and a Isuzu could not make it there
With the Isuzu I know it had issues that it would not properly go into 4x4
