Howzit Everybody,

We are having a dyno day with the Subaru Owners Club of South Africa  8)

Date: 19/09/2015
Time: 7:30 - 16:00
Place: Perfect Power - 22 Arbeid Avenue, Strijdom Park, Randburg.
Cost: R300 per vehicle

If you are a paid up SOCSA member you can pay via a portal on the SOCSA website (The portal should become available during the weekend or early next week). All non SOCSA members must make payment into the following account F. Viljoen, ABSA Cheque account, 4059261211 - Please use your car registration as reference. Once payment has been made please email me francoisv@leza.co.za so that I can confirm receipt of payment as well as your entry. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event.

The event will be for Subaru's only and the Fozzie forum has 20 reserved slots. You have until midnight 13/09/2015 to confirm your spot as all the unconfirmed slots will be transferred to SOCSA on the morning of 14/09/2015.

You will be provided with a dyno sheet of your 2 power runs and the figures will be presented in a wheel kilowatt & torque format. Perfect Power did note that you can visit them after the event to have flywheel power figures printed. 

Food & drinks will be sold at the venue so please bring cash.

Please bring a camping chair and if possible a gazebo if you intend staying for the day or if you are at the back of the line.   

Hope to see a lot of Fozzie's there  ;D

Yesterday was payday so I am expecting a number of entries during this week...and I know there is a number of you guys who had some tuning goodies added last month so you must be burning to know what power figures your Fozzies are pushing 8)

..but those tuning goodies last month probably came out of yesterday's pay... ;D

Im considering doing this so that i can get some kind of baseline figure before i start fiddling. R300 though. Ouch. What happened to those R150 dyno days?

MaemoZA - Perfect Power has the most accurate AWD dyno in JHB and R300 is their asking price. We are hoping that if we build a good relationship with them that the prices will come down over time.

I went to a dyno day a few months ago for R150 for 2 runs.
