In this particular turbocharger we are using a Garret GT30R 52 lbs compressor wheel, Garrett turbine wheel and shaft. The compressor is a GT30R rated at 52 lbs utilizing an internal wastegate.
Typically we see 20 psi by 3600-3800 rpm tuning with the Hydra and pump gas power in the 375-400 whp range. Both housings are completely ported for increased flow and wastegate performance. Race gas power is in the 475-500whp range.

The Dominator 2.0 utilizes the very latest in Extreme duty thrust bearing technology that increases surface area, durability and oil flow to the turbo thrust surfaces. To maintain proper boost control, the Dominator 2.0 is equipped with a ported turbine housing that is included in the price of the turbo. Standard wastegate actuator is calibrated at 9 PSI with optional upgrade actuators available in incremental pressures from 10 PSI to 19 PSI.
The Dominator 2.0 is shipped complete with coolant pipes and turbo oil drain tube installed and requires no modification to intake, exhaust, oil and coolant connections for installation.

Looking at the TD05-18 and 20 G, might as well got for the 20 as they are roughly the same price.


They claim 300wkw as a start.
Does anyone know what our Fozzies push with a 20G?

There is quite a bit of info on the forum. I searched and got toooo much info back.
I know Sean Brand had a 20G on his SG 9 and it ran very well.
Dash also has one. More laggy than a VF43/48/52. BUT when it comes on song it really pulls.
I would look at an 18G as apparently they spool quicker.

My problem is the wife.
She doesn't like the quick spooling and gear changes after Chett's tune.
Chett says the 4eat works on the torque of the car, so the changes were pretty quick.
I had to take it back to Chett.
He did a few things and now it still drives as smooth as ever, but the boost is gradual.
Floor it and it pulls all the way.


Wife is happy  :-)


I was thinking that maybe a bigger turbo, that spools later and doesn't have to work as hard as the TD04.
Wife is happy and I get to play every now and again.


OR, just get my own toy and play.
