Wife's Foz now has +/- 297000 km.... :'( cam belt service coming very soon.

indeed it is, luckily you know somebody that works for Subaru and might able to arrange for some discount? :o
Ja, but with the amount of beers I will have to buy a certain technician to assist me when I do the service I could probably just book it in at the dealership.....

2006/07 xt manual on 212500 - was idle for much of the last year, but I am driving it full time again - such fun!!!!
did clutch at 187000 and full cambelt service at 200000. still goes fantastically smoothly, best ride ever. Going to keep it for a good while still

forgot to mention the drivers window motor gave up - was always dodgy, would only react like 15 seconds after you pressed it to go down, sometimes longer, and then it finally stopped working all together

The 2008 X nudged 212 500km, so to celebrate it got some fresh oil yesterday and a new oil filter to play with.

Cambelt/waterpump and auxiliary belts were done on 200k and with cabin air filter and new blades on the windscreen.  Also fitted new G051's just before winter, they really do squeal... But what a joy on some dirt road! :D

Does have an affinity for brake pads though
