It is reported that when the new generation Forester arrives there will no longer be a 2.0 manual or a 2.0 XT.  :( This is according to Torque News.

I think Subaru SA would be stupid if they stop selling the XT

i think any market would be stupid, specially the US, unless they going to launch a new N/A motor with all the torques for towing etc

For some reason I am quite sure they wont chop models in the US.
Subaru is making a killing selling their cars there.

they wouldnt gain anything from the models either, it will be built on the new global platform which the new wrx is already using with the same turbo motor and dropping the forester body on top
