Thanks! I love it too. So much infact that I'm going to paint the forester Orange too.
Once I have the car, I'll take it to the dunes for a shoot, and post the pics here.

I GOT IT!! I GOT IT!!

The first 80km!!
The gearbox is brilliant! On my '05 XT I prefer to use the Sportshift mode as the Auto mode got quite a delay before the power kicks in.
On the XV the delivery is almost instantaneous  even though it is a brand new motor.
I did prepare myself for a reduction in power from the XT, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount that is available.

I've been riding in a Chevy Traverse the last few weeks, but I prefer the ride quality in the XV. I'll keep you all updated, but at this moment I'm as happy as can be!! R200k well spend!!
Thanks Subaru

PS. I'm going to take more photo's tomorrow, but here are a few from tonight!

Hey, Thanks JPC!
Took another 150km drive this morning and took some more pics. I'm back and will have to manipulate them before posting but will post later.
Only one thing that I'll have to look at. the car seems to pull to the right, so wheel alignment needs to be done!!!!

But cruising is fantastic. Had it up to 160km/h briefly and no issues.!!
Great car.

This is great news Stofstreep.

Please keep us updated with your experience in your new car.
You will notice the off road abilities of this car can match any Forester, you wouldn't expect it from a much smaller car.

Enjoy it as much as possible and I can't wait to see your updates.

P.S. Love the fact that you got the Tangerine Orange or as I call it Off-Road Orange (you will see what I mean when the car is dirty, it just compliments the colour so well).

HAHA I like that, it really does look like one.
The colour really does look good with some dirt, don't you think?

I went to Vaalwater not so long ago and did my own little shoot.
We've used a few of these in ads and Journos have used a few in write ups.

The dirty pics are the best ;)

Will post more later of the other dirty shots we did.

Please bear with me, but I'm just so happy!

I decided to do a bit of HDR photography this morning.
Left 5:20 this morning and went to an area about 80km south of where I stay.
Did some hard packed sand driving with a short stretch of some decent sand driving.

Here are some of my best shots. 21 of them!!! :D
