Lyk regtig lekker om daar in die sand rond te jol.
Geniet die nuwe wiele!
2011 Land Rover Freelander 2 SD4 HSE. BFG A/T tyres, other goodies still to come.
Ex: 2006 Forester XS manual; sump protector; 24mm LSS lift kit; thule roof rack and roof box; rally armor m/flaps.
Ex: 2005 Maxda mx5, supercharged. Then my boy was born...

So .......
Inspired by the "What's the best thing about my Forester" tread, I've found the best thing about my XV.
Thanks Subaru for catering for us stupid guys!!

The Key!!!


Traveled about 70km to go swim at a beach that looked like there might be some sea life.
So while snorkeling, I feel my key is still in my pocket. After a few seconds of cursing and reprimanding myself silently (there was a lot of families around) I let it dry on the rocks foe about 10min. Then back at the car I opened the key only to find that the electronics is in a separate water tight casing inside the key casing.

Very neat!!! They get the clever idea award for this!!!!!!

And THANKS!!!

Wow!! Pragtige fotos.
Toe ek jou storie met sleutel lees het ek dadelik gedink,SKADE,.....great dat die sleutel waterdig is. Wonder of Forester sin ook is?
Moes paar fotos van voertuig op beach vir ons ook gegooi het.

Ek dink die Forester se sleutel is ook waterdig.

Ek het met vrou s'n geswem toe ons Ballito toe was.

Het hom net opgehang.

Toe ons ry, deur oopgemaak, kar gestart, geen probleme.

Wow totally glad that feature came in handy ;) I really like that one too, because I've had my keys wet as well.
