Pull the stock head unit out and fit a Double Din unit.
Pull the speakers out and fit new ones. Front and back.
Put a sub under the passenger seat.
Job done for under R6k
From Auto Styling in Town.
Listen to our cars. If you like it we can fit it for you.

Consider water methanol Injection also as a performance and or safety upgrade.

Heavy foot right? About 10 on the highway and 12-13 in town I rate.
Auto or manual?
I would get someone to pull the codes regarding the CEL, if yo uin JHB I can do it for you.
Headlights should be sealed with Butyl Rubber not Sillycone
Timing belt is every 100k and is quite a dear bill
Change the stock radiator so you do not run into HG problems.

Electronics / Re: Moisture in headlight fitting

Only way is to remove the light. Split it and clean all the snot and rust out of it. And then seal it with BUTYL RUBBER
Put it all back and you good to go.

Introduction / Tyres for Subaru Forester XT 2017
« on: January 10, 2018, 12:45:00 PM »
I went 16". Never look back.
Went from a 215/55 R17 to a 215/65 R16.
Much more comfortable. Gained 9mm in ride height.
Grip from the Geolander G015 tyre is incredible. And only a slight compromise in corners when one is pushing on a bit.
Added bonus is the tyres are almost half the cost of the 17"
So what is not to like?

Could also be a bearing issue. Very noticeable when turning and accelerating
